v WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT?

(a) User provided information - We collect and maintain the personal information that you voluntarily enter through the online form published on the App, when you accept the Terms of Use of the App, participate in surveys, contact us for help, or otherwise enter information on the App during its use. When entering information on the App, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, age, sex, demographic information, email address, mailing address, phone number, username, identification proof in the form of KYC documents including Aadhar, PAN card, Passport details, driving license related information or other details, for us to register you on the App, help you with your experience of the App, to improve the App, and to contact you and respond to your information requests. Such personal information will be used by us for our internal business purposes and analysis, including administering your account, registering and providing you access to the App, rendering services to you, responding to your queries, fulfilling your relevant requests and to share relevant property listings with you.

By voluntarily providing us with your personal information for the purpose as set out above, you are consenting to our collection, use, handling, processing and disclosure of it in accordance with this Policy.

(b) Other Information – We may also collect certain other information, such as device ID, device make/model, IP address, geographical location (when enabled), browser type, operating system, page views, website navigation, timing and frequency of use of the App, marketing preferences, name of your wireless carrier, other data relating to malfunctions when you use the App. We use this information purely for analytics and research purposes and to ensure the security of our App. The App may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents or service providers. The App may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the number of transactions that are effected through the App, the number of messages you send and receive, the total number of Users of the App, the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers, and how our Users use and interact with the App. Also, in an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the Users of the App, the App may conduct research on its customer demographics, interests and behaviour based on the personal information and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analysed on an aggregate basis. App may share such aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners, but this type of aggregate information does not identify you personally. In the event you choose not to provide us with your consent or withdraw the consent earlier provided, Larsen & Toubro Limited may, in its sole discretion decide to terminate your access to and use of the App and de-register you from the App.

v OWNERSHIP

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our App and resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this user agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

All rights, title and interest (including, but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) in this App belong to us. In addition, the names and other indicia identifying our products and services are our proprietary marks. You acknowledge that you do not own and shall not acquire our any title, interest, or right in any in the intellectual property rights of L&T. You shall not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, initiate, publish, display, modify, create derivative works or database, use, transmit, upload, exploit, sell or distribute the same in whole or in part.

v TERMS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All information displayed, transmitted or carried on this App (including, but not limited to, directories, guides, articles, opinions, reviews, text, photographs, images, illustrations, profiles, audio clip, video clips, trademarks, logos etc) is protected by and in the name of L&T and under various other intellectual property laws in the territory of India.

v LIMITED LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE OF APP

Except as expressly provided in this clause nothing contained in this App shall be construed as conferring any license or right, expressly, by implication, by estoppel or otherwise, under any intellectual property rights, or under any third party’s intellectual property rights, and no part of this App may be reproduced, republished, copied, transmitted or distributed in any form or by any means without our written permission.

v RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

(a) Your personal information shall not be retained for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which we collect them, unless otherwise required for the purposes of fulfilling any legal obligation. If you do not wish to share your personal information, please do not access, use or view our App, as some of the personal information is collected automatically upon your visit to the App.

(b) You also have right to request us to update, amend, correct, complete or delete your personal information retained by us, through email.

Under no circumstances, we shall be liable to any users of this App for: loss, injury, claim, liability or damages of any kind resulting from the use of or the inability to use the material on this App, even if we had been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise; special, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation attorney’s fees) in any way due, resulting from or arising in connection with the use of or the inability to use this App or its content/ materials claim attributable to errors, omission or inaccuracies in or destructive properties of any information available herein. any liability for any content posted by you or any other third party users of our App.
